Everything starts with you. Do you know why everything starts with you?

A few years ago I was in a very difficult situation in which I saw no way out. I spent about 6 months feeling sorry for myself. I would wake up and do nothing during the day but cry and think about my situation at that moment. Until one day I had an idea that changed my path completely, I would say a 360 turn.

Maybe on another occasion, I will share my experience in more detail, but for now it is enough to say that just one email to a person gave me hope again and made me understand once and for all that I was not a victim and that the possibility of moving forward had always been in front of me, I just had not recognized it.

Now, think about your own path, how many times have you felt like a victim of circumstances and have you felt that you have no other option due to the circumstances in which you find yourself?

The truth is that for me the best ideas have come in the most difficult moments and the truth is that it is not until much later that I realize that that small idea is the one that at that moment has gotten me out of trouble and sometimes has transformed my life.

I think that this is not something that only happens to me, I think that maybe it must have happened to you more than once too. So from this, I have concluded that:

Everything in life begins with you;

It begins with deciding that you are not a victim.

It begins with deciding that you have in your hands the possibility of changing your reality.

It begins with taking action on those ideas that at the moment do not seem to be important but that in retrospect mark an extremely transformative moment in your life.

It begins by cutting the repetitive patterns that keep you stuck in your current circumstances.

In short, I appreciate those ideas that at the time have helped me grow and transform my life.
